Research On Rural Construction Mode And Evaluation In Mianyang

The countryside is the birthplace of the Chinese traditional civilization and occupies a pivotal position in development.Since the founding of New China,rural areas and agriculture have made tremendous contributions and sacrifices to Chinese rapidiy development.The contradiction between the urban and rural areas has gradually become more prominent after the earth-shaking changes in the urban landscape.It is obvipus that the speed of rural development is much lower than the speed of urban development.In recent years,Chinese overall strength has been significantly enhanced,and it has all the conditions for realizing the modernization of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Faced with a complex background of the times,the Chinese Communist party and the state sorted out the main lines of development of the “three rural issues”and proposed the “rejuvenation strategy for rural areas” timely,which has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.This paper summarizes and combs existing rural construction researches both at home and abroad,and analyzes the basic situation of Mianyang City and the current situation of rural construction.Based on this,Mianyang City is divided into plains,hills,and mountainous regions according to the characteristics of geomorphology.Three types of villages with good construction effects and representativeness are listed.Byexcavating the construction characteristics of each village,put forward a model of industrial integration with Mianyang characteristics.Based on the previous studies of scholars,a set of evaluation indicators system in line with the actual situation in Mianyang rural areas was constructed.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method to determine index weights,Using a comprehensive evaluation method to measure the comprehensive scores of rural construction in the plains,hills,and mountains,According to the comprehensive score,the overall construction situation of Mianyang City under the characteristic construction model was judged,and a comparative analysis of different types of rural construction was conducted.Concluded as follow:(1)driven by this model,the overall construction is in good condition but the level of construction is not balanced.The average score of Mianyang City is 82.2,the score in the plain area is 85.3,the score in the hilly area is 78.7,and the score in the mountainous area is 62.6.(2)From the perspective of each subsystem,the degree of "township civilization" was the highest,the "ecological environment" and "villager self-government" achieved a good degree,the "human living" achieved a good degree,and the "economic development" achieved the lowest level.Finally,according to the research and analysis of this article and the conclusions,the following three countermeasures are proposed: focus on regional balanced development,improve the overall level of rural construction in Mianyang City;effectivelystrengthen the weak links in rural construction in Mianyang,and comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of rural construction;promoting the development of agricultural industrialization has laid a good foundation for rural revitalization.
