The Study Of Factors Of Rural Homesteads Lie Idle And Inefficient Use In Hilly Areas

With the development of social economy and the widening gap between urban and rural areas,a large number of rural labor populations have shifted to urban areas,rural populations have decreased sharply,and rural residential sites have been idle and inefficiently utilized.The idle and inefficient use of rural housing sites seriously hinder the healthy and orderly development of rural society.The series of problems caused by this problem needs to be solved urgently.The research on the causes of the problems still need to be deepened.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the use of homesteads in Taigu County,it is found that the waste,idle and inefficient use of homesteads in the hilly and mountainous areas of Taigu County is very prominent.The reasons for the idle and inefficient use of the house site are complex and diverse;the unique terrain in the hilly mountains,the village management and planning without scientific guidance,the defects of the house site system and the influence of traditional concepts are affecting the use of the house site;The sharp outflow is the most direct cause of the idleness of the homestead.Taking 155 natural villages belonging to 64 administrative villages in the hilly area of Taigu County,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province as the research object,quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the idle and inefficient use of rural residential land in hilly mountainous areas,and obtaining relevant correlation through field survey and land use status map.Data,using multiple stepwise regression analysis to identify the dominant factors.The results show that the degree of idle and inefficient use of the residential land in the hilly and mountainous areas of Taigu County is significantly negatively correlated with the proportion of permanent residents,per capita income,and distance from the center of the county.It is significantly positively correlated with the per capita cultivated land area and the distance from the main road.The serious loss of agricultural population is the main factor causing idle and inefficient housing sites;in rural areas where per capita arable land is more,the management of housing sites is more extensive,and the problems of idleness and inefficiency are more prominent;areas with higher per capita income have the ability.The homestead is well maintained,the infrastructure in the village is complete;the distance from the main road affects the effectiveness of communication with the outside world,the shorter distance has more convenient round-trip conditions,and the utilization rate of the house site in the village is correspondingly improved.From a macroscopic point of view,combined with the latest policies and the actual situation of Taigu County,the problem of idle and inefficient use of homesteads is proposed: “policy propaganda,strict supervision”,“scientific planning,village and town construction”,“over-regulation fees”,multi-home clearing,"slope land construction,ecological leisure","paid use,paid refund","comprehensive consolidation,standard circulation","agriculture-based,industrial migration","village characteristics,rural specialties " Eight rough suggestions provide reference for rural construction and homestead utilization in hilly mountainous areas.
