The Research On The Questions Produced In The Exploitation And Utilization Of Dongying City's Land Reseources

Dongying city is an oil industry city established on October 1 st in 1983, which is located in the Yellow River Delta region in the northern part of Shandong province. the mother river of Chinese nation---Yellow River, flows into Bohai sea through Dongying, the location of Dongying city is good and it is rich in a variety of natural resources. The economic development of Dongying accelerates in recent years, the quality of economy improves, and the city's economic and social development has entered a new stage. The development and utilization of the land plays an important role in the economic development of Dongying.However, the development and utilization of Dongying's land is also facing a series of questions and challenges. The land salinization is serious and the soil conditions are poor, and in the development of oil—led economy, the land resources are damaged and polluted, so the exploitation and utilization of land is in a grim situation. Meanwhile, with the social and economicl development and the growth of the population, the demand of the land is increasing, also a better exploitation and utilization of the land is required. In addition, because of the long-term exploration of the oil, the oil resources are facing the crisis of depletion, and Dongying is also facing a new topic of transformation, a resonable plan of the development and utilization is of important significance on the active transformation. Therefore, the research on the questions produced in the exploitation and utilization of the land is of important significance on implemention of the sustainable development, improving the land-use efficiency, doing a good job on the new topic of transformation, also, it plays an improtant role in promting the development of society and economy and the steady progress of the city's every cause.The relative theories on land exploitation and utilization are described and the natural and social conditions on the land exploitation and utilization are investigated in this paper.Also, this paper analyzes the current situations of the land exploitation and utilization ,dicusses the problems produced in which, in the end, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the guidance of the relative theories.
