Industrial Science And Technology Of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The Anti-Japanese War

Before the Anti-Japanese War ,there almost had no modern industry in the region. According to the local objective and the actual situation and actual needs of soldiers and civilians during the war,under the guidance of scientific thought, the CPC Central Committee made the development of industry,agricul- ture and other undertakings, a great deal of technological innovation had achieved outstanding the effectiveness at the time after the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government established. Some new achievements have fill the gaps in China's technology at the time. However, the academic system rarely has summarized and discussed on the Industrial Technology of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region in depth. To this end,I would use the relevant literature and information to explore the development policies such as government protection and incentives for industrial development, the introduction of cultured science and technology talent, the promotion and applications of industrial technology and so on. And elaborate the development of industrial technology and effectiveness of specific initiatives of the border area through the eight industrial technology, such as the textile, salt, paper, chemical, petroleum, coal, iron-smelting, the weapons during the Anti-Japanese War. Detail as a basis ,for further analysis to explore the reasons for the development of industrial technology and the impact of lessons learned, with a view to the contemporary development of industrial technology to provide useful inspiration.
