Application Research On Dynamic Management Of The Corollary Mechanical Equipment Project Cost

The study in this thesis mainly focuses on the problem of the mechanical equipment project cost management. Applied research on these theories & methods (WBS/ABC/PBCM) is the firstly proposed in the thesis. Following that, the model for the mechanical equipment project cost planning is constructed based on the multi-theoretical integration.Based on this, it is studied that how the method (EVM) works during the project implementing. After that, the process of the mechanical equipment project cost dynamic controlling & forecasting is constructed.An integrative theory & process is proposed in the thesis. It is for the dynamic cost management of the mechanical equipment project. This thus helps project manager control the project cost and achieve the cost objective.
