Project management as a field early in the construction of a summing up and application of management methods, almost fifty years of development, is now not only restricted to a particular project management method, but is the general management of the enterprise including the functions of management in all areas of infiltration. Marketing Management as one of the important functions of enterprises, are also faced with the gradual changes to the project management process. In recent years, operators in order to break through difficulties, are struggling to transition and continue to seek new market space, speed up business innovation has become the main theme, new business continued, rapid introduction of becoming an important feature of transition. Faced with the endless stream of new business, marketing and management issues have become the problems faced in transition and focus.Because I work reasons, this paper is based on video conferencing business operators are facing the field of product marketing for the new footing. Therefore, this article attempts to project management methods and techniques to study the video conferencing marketing management, as well as a practical project-based marketing, to sum up a number of projects and practice of marketing management models and methods, for operators in the transition Marketing period may provide some reference for the theoretical support and practical application.In addition, marketing the work of the project has obvious characteristics, namely, purpose, uniqueness, temporary.
