| Along with the high-speed development in telecommunications industry, consumers are demanding more diversified communication services. Besides the basic voice, customers need more services, such as how to get access to information and what kinds of information are. What's more, the 17th CPC National Congress has put forward an objective on promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization. Under such circumstances, the major telecommunications operators have brought forth the strategic goal of becoming integrated information services providers, hoping a sustainable and healthy development by accelerating informatization.
