The power of market competition and the technology advances impels the telecommunication industry development, and now the telecommunication industry are undergoing a profound changes. Presently, some advanced international telecommunication enterprises which are under the domestic and foreign intense competition environment, through the integration of multi-networks, the multi-terminals, and the multi-services, and though the extending of value chain, to transform from solely voice providers to synthesize information service providers. The global telecommunication industry starts a transformation tide from the year of 2004.In domestic market, some telecommunication enterprise and the academic circles are also following up the research of the world development trend of telecommunication. This article discusses the transformation rule from the point of commercial model. The essence of the telecommunication transformation process is a series of inner change process, and also is a strategic adjustment process and a process of commercial model change. Because, the telecommunication enterprise's strategic transformation causes the multiplication trend of the development of corresponding industrial chain, and the industrial chain started to fission and to extend. This kind of evolution, which appears complex increases the telecommunication industry chain complexity, simultaneously also, causes the traditional telecommunication enterprise's commercial pattern hard to exist. If the commercial model that corresponding with the traditional industry chain does not adjust, this can initiate the industry chain's unbalance development.
