Along with our country's new round telecommunication organizational reform completing basically, the telecommunication market is presenting the buyers' market status. And along with the market pattern by the seller's market to the buyers' market transition and environment of competition's changing, the telecommunication operation enterprises must transfer from taking the customer creation to taking seriously to maintain the customers, from taking seriously in increasing the customer quantity purely to enhancing the customer loyalty. Winning and detaining the customers has already become the key point in gaining competitive advantages of the telecommunication operation enterprises. Therefore, this article takes the object of study by some a province telecommunication CDMA customers, from the analysis of customers' loyalty connotation and the marketing effect, and finds five key aspects of influencing the CDMA customers' loyalty through the market investigation and analysis, thus explores the strategy of telecommunication enterprises in promoting CDMA customers' loyalty, in order to provide references of our country's telecommunication operation enterprises in strengthening the competitive power.
