As the fixed phone leading operator in XX, the XX Netcom Company met severe challenges in the fixed phone business: the virtual users decreased year by year and business income reduced obviously. How to control this situation and maintain this market has become the most difficult and important problem for XX Netcom Company. Based on the competed situation, this business and users characteristic and different marketing strategies, this paper analyzed the problems in product, charge and marketing. And then by using some relative knowledge in Marketing, this paper proposed some suggestions and methods which combined with the real situation of XX Netcom Company, such as, to strengthen the product development, flexible charge and perfect marketing especially in country market. At the same time, varies sales promotion will help to improve the company's image from product and service, delay the fixed-phone life circle and improve its business through effective second marketing in order to change the present situation.
