At present, telecommunications in the world has entered into a era of competition internationally. And in ongoing globalization of telecommunications, the problem of how to build up a internationally competitive telecommunications enterprise in the country, so as to take a advantageous stand in the global market has been given close watch because its relationship with the improvement of the comprehensive power of the country. The research on the competitive advantages and the competitive core of telecommunication enterprise in a very actively changing environment has both its theoretical and practical significances, for there is not any systematical analysis on the competitive advantage of telecommunication enterprises either home or abroad.. Today's competition in the market, and its essence is to coordinate customers, businesses, and competitors of the relationship between the three forces. Telecom Products vitality from the advanced technology and market demands a high degree of integration, telecommunications companies from the industrial development potential of fusion. Faced with new market challenges and development opportunities and effective competition in a strategic choice and implementation of China's telecommunications industry is undoubtedly successful implementation of strategic restructuring, the competitive edge to win the prerequisite and guarantee.This article seeks to from a new perspective, the telecommunications business as an open, dynamic system to conduct research. Combination of telecommunications enterprises in the background and characteristics of the industry to "competitive advantage exogenous" and "On endogenous competitive advantage" for the theoretical foundation of mutual balance, the associated enterprise management, China's telecommunications practice, telecommunications enterprises in the telecom business development and innovation should be follow the market opportunities and telecommunications enterprises the principle of balance of power and telecommunications enterprises and telecommunications companies to survive the principle of balanced development, and continuously explore the telecom business model of innovation, competitiveness of enterprises to set up an effective strategy.
