A three-leveled network detection system for quality and safety has been built, along with the industrialized development of the pollution free vegetable and enlargement of the market currency; all these have improved the quality safety level greatly.However, with the analysis on present situation of pollution free vegetable in Zibo, it can be seen that in the management system for safety and quality there is still something that can not be adapted to the development of the pollution free vegetable: in the present quality safety standard system, some of the standard are still not complete and perfect; the detecting system construction is slow, the detecting ability is not sufficient, several system detecting organization coexist, the quality and technology level of the staff need to be improved; the organization construction and authentication can't be adapted to the production and satisfied the consumer; there is difficulty in spreading the agriculture technology; the law and regularities are not perfect and so on.Consequently, the necessary measurements have been propose on the basis of sufficient survey: to optimize the pollution free vegetable quality safety standard system in Zibo; to strengthen the construction of the pollution free vegetable quality safety detecting system in Zibo; to optimize pollution free agricultural products organization and strengthen the authentication and management of vegetable quality safety based on the authentication for the producing area and products of pollution free vegetable; to promote the demonstration of the system; to fasten the pollution free vegetable management system construction; to build open and clear quality safety news publication system for agricultural products with the advanced information supporting system.On the basis of the perfect pollution free vegetable quality safety management system, the best way to ensure the vegetable quality safety is to strictly control the producing source, efficiently monitor and manage the producing course, strengthen the work of the authentication for the producing area and products, and build the quality safety tracing system and market access system for agricultural input and products.
