Nowadays, there has been a great increase in the production of non-pollution vegetables in our country, which, in turn, a seriously competitive distribution market pattern at home and abroad has come into being among vegetable businesses. Yanliang pollution-free vegetable trading corporation, with an operational life of three or four years, expects to get its market quotient in the drastic competition by enacting strategically policies and taking applicable measures to suit proper non-pollution vegetable marketing pattern to ensure the rapid expansion of the green non-pollution vegetable production base in Yanliang area, to increase the incomes of the local people and get its footing in and out of the province. Presently, as conventional sales modes are far from acclimatizing themselves to the explosion of the green non-pollution vegetable trading corporation, effective and efficient green non-pollution vegetable marketing strategy must be established to strengthen its own potency.This paper has systematically dissertated the theory of vegetable marketing strategies, knitting the principles of the marketing science into the practical vegetable sales complexion to give a sufficient analysis of the status of consumption and market demand for the non-pollution vegetables, and has outlined the actuality and existing problems of the non-pollution green vegetable distribution in Yanliang area. Hereon, taking this as the foundation, the green non-pollution vegetable distribution resources have been constituted with an emphasis on expatiation of product tactics, pricing, sales promotion and distribution as well. Finally, the steering idea of product tactics, pricing, sales promotion and distribution strategy has been established. In the process of constituting the business strategy, e-commerce technology has been imported to take a productive advantage of relatively-developed meshwork and carry through the green non-pollution vegetable distribution codes. Through the network, the non-pollution vegetable trading company, salesmen and consumers will be intimately cemented and an intact system of the green non-pollution vegetables has been instituted.
