Perfect management has the influential role to the promotion enterprise's competition. An important process of business management refers to the management of staff, its essence is to arouse staffs' enthusiasm, and thus then" behaviors will be consistent with enterprise's operation objectives. It is essential to do some research around the relations of Perceived Supervisor Support, Supervisor Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, based on which, some related strategies should be put forward.This paper takes the on the workers of nine private enterprises in Zhejiang province as the object of study, uses the empirical study method to analyze the relations of Perceived Supervisor Support, Supervisor Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the main conclusion is as follows:First, Perceived Supervisor Support should be divided into three dimensions: working support, identifying value and caring about Well-being, which is more related to the reality compared to West's single-dimensional structure.Second, Perceived Supervisor Support, Supervisor Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have significant positive correlation dependence. Perceived Supervisor Support is able to forecast the Supervisor Commitment effectively. Both of Perceived Supervisor Support and Supervisor Commitment can forecast Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the latter is more effective than the former.Third, Supervisory Affective Commitment plays a completely intermediary role between Perceived Supervisor Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its related sectors. Forth, Supervisory Normative Commitment plays a completely intermediary role between Perceived Supervisor Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Through the regression analysis and the intermediary role analysis ,when Perceived Supervisor Support influences the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the Supervisory Normative Commitmen plays an intermediary role; when Perceived Supervisor Support influences the sector of approval organization of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, it plays an intermediary role partially; when Perceived Supervisor Support influences the sectors of altruistic behavior and initiative of individual of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, it plays a completely intermediary role; the intermediary role analysis of the Supervisory Normative Commitment is an effective complementary analysis when we consider how Perceived Supervisor Support influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Fifth, individual attribute of staff influences Perceived Supervisor Support, however, when it comes to Supervisor Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, it dose not hold, which is different from the former study. In general, the educational background can influence the level of Perceived Supervisor Support, Length of service influences the Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially.
