When members aware of others gerrymandering, it will result in perceptions of organizational politics, then have negative emotional impact on their sentiments. So perceptions of organizational politics usually connect with the staff's negative attitudes and behavior. Research found that the perceptions of organizational politics and organizational commitment have significant negative correlation, but Drory, Randall and other studies have found there's no significant correlation. Perceptions of organizational politics would cause staff organizational citizenship behavior, but the study between them is inconsistent. Vigoda and some other research organizations believe that they have a significant negative correlation, but Cropanzano, Maslyn and others' research has found no correlation between them.Organizational commitment is popular on the study of organizational behavior in recent decades. However, the majority of the research at home and abroad has focused on the organizational commitment of the employee, while there is hardly some study on the school teachers.Compared to the widespread concern in the commercial and organizational fields, there's few study of organizational citizenship behavior in the field of education. The relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior is a new research direction, it need more research.This study used questionnaire tested 286 secondary school teachers. This study used SPSS10.0 statistical software for data analysis, the conclusion of the study are as follows:1. The overall level of secondary school teachers on perceptions of organizational politics is high, the overall level of organizational commitment is in the middle, and the overall level of organizational citizenship behavior is high.2. In the context of individual attributes, perceptions of organizational politics has notable differences on 4 aspects. Organizational commitment has notable differences on 3 aspects. Organizational citizenship behavior has notable differences on 6 aspects.3. Perceived political organizations and three dimensions achieve a significant negative correlation with the ideal commitment, normative commitment and the emotional commitment, while get a significant positive correlation with the economic commitment, and opportunities commitment. Self-serving behavior has the highest predictive power in the ideal, emotional and opportunity commitment,. Jin even pay has the highest predictive power in the economic and normative commitment,Perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior were significantly negatively correlated. Jin even pay has the highest predictive power in the human altruism and community acts in the organization.Organizational citizenship behavior and its two dimensions achieve a significant positive correlation with the ideal commitment, normative commitment and the emotional commitment. Normative commitment was significantly negatively correlated to human altruism and organizational citizenship behavior .Organizational commitment has the significant explanatory power to organizational citizenship behavior. Normative commitment has the highest predictive power in the human altruism and community acts.
