With the rapid development of the women's entrepreneurship and the women entrepreneurs, the status of women and women in the lives of ontology has also been made in a certain amount of improvement and perfection when they want to access to economic powers and interests , but the status of women is not feasible as it only related to the economy , if we don't face up to the gender issues that under the field of the economy , which is so naive as to think "economic status decides all ", then the reality of gender discrimination in society may continue to be deep-rooted, expanded and deepened in all areas of our real life.This study build up a male-oriented discourse which attempts to analyze the concept of a local "proprietress " of this discourse to view and reflect on "gender" problem and how to affect social life in various fields, which kind of ideology the gender discourse(specific words that males are dominated) belongs to, which affects someone's thinking and behavior, the male gain the power and control through this discourse; however women were deprived of their abilities in this area, and what's more, how to show this situation in daily life. The aim is to reveal how the discourse is to be the shelter of women and the Regulation act of women's achievements. At a higher level of knowledge is also a universal challenge. Any knowledge is flawed, any knowledge is tendentious, and there is no real value neutral. Knowledge is a product of power, knowledge embodied the attributes of power, knowledge is power, and power is also a kind of naming.
