With the fact that our country economic growth and the city developping,the housing district becomes the main current habitancy more and more , estate management fits this marketplace needs to arise at the historic moment specifically for the present age society. The building area putting estate management into practice at present throughout the country exceeds 10 billion square metres , estate management coverage rates already approaches 50% , Beijing waits for more developed city coverage rates to amount to 70% , Shenzhen , Shanghai already reach more than 90%. The output value that all above 3 cities estate management enterprise creates already accounts for about 2% of local gross national product. The whole nation estate management enterprise already exceeds 30,000 ,among them one-level more than 300 quality enterprise and the employee exceeding 3 million people. It can be seen that estate management develops a fleetness in our country , the marketplace is vast, the potential is infinite. Also come across a lot of difficulty and pressure , reveal out a series of problems and contradiction but in the estate management industry process in develop rapidly.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part, first introduced the theory of property management, property management system to define the concept of relatively well-known domestic and foreign listed property management.
