Applied Research Of Proprietor Management Model In Yangfeng Visteon Auto. Trim System Co. Ltd.

In the latter half of 2008, financial crisis swept through the global, but Chinese auto market went against the tide and became the world number one instead of American in 2009. The rise of automobile market, aggravate the competition of the auto industry, gradually from the cost competition into the management competition. This paper discussed a new management model-Proprietor management model, was applied in an auto trims enterprise. The new type of management model was proved to mobilize the employees' enthusiasm and initiative, improved the enterprise management level and the comprehensive competitive power.This paper first analyzed the current situation of enterprise management, then emphasized the proprietor management model, and made the contrastive analysis between the new model with the modern enterprise administration model. Through the analysis of Yangfeng Visteon management status, and the new model was applied in the enterprise. The results of the study have important implications to our enterprise managers.
