A Study On Business Administration And Reform Of State-owned Enterprise In Central Soviet Area

In order to promote the development of economic construction and support the war in the revolutionary base In the 1930s, the central government created a series of state-owned enterprises in the Central Soviet Area. Based on the historical background and corporate profiles of state-owned enterprises in the Central Soviet Area, this paper explored the management thinking, management methods, currently disadvantages and the reform carried out to eliminate the defects of these state-owned enterprises from the leadership mechanism, production management and financial management. The central government has made three reforms: the first is a labor law reform, the second is mainly about business management thinking put forward by Comrade Liu Shaoqi and two management regulations specialized issued, that is "Regulations of the Soviet state-owned factories" and" Regulations of Factory branch of the Soviet national Work". And the third deeply explored the evaluation on the management thinking, management methods and their valuation reforming from both from its active role and the limitations. The paper made an objective evaluation and summed up the management thinking, management models and the reform in the 1930s to learn the valuable experience to build the state-owned enterprises of the socialist system.
