Study On Status Quo And Countermeasures For Agricultural Information Of Qingdao Municipal

At present, China's agriculture is developed to the direction of agricultural informationization. Using the of modern information technology to transform traditional agriculture, and making information technology combined with traditional agriculture, is not only the basic demand of well-off society, but also basic content of China's modern agriculture construction. Agricultural informationization used into China's agricultural development has injected new impetus to the construction of modern agriculture, and become an important element and important task in the coming period and will led the development of modern agriculture direction. This paper is just carry on agricultural informationization development study of Qingdao Municipal based on the above background.Qingdao is located in Shandong Province which is China's major agricultural province and the grain production base province, and is an open seaboard city. The agricultural informationization and modernization of Qingdao has great significance to the economical and social development of Qingdao Municipal and Shandong Province.The paper firstly reviews the concerned research fruits at home and abroad, analyses the six systems of agricultural information. Then the author summaries the great achievements and existing problems of Qingdao's agricultural information.According to the above analysis, the paper put forward five Countermeasures and suggestions to promote Qingdao's agricultural informationization: the Qingdao's agricultural government should play leading role in the process of agricultural informationization; Qingdao should construct agricultural informationization participants structure, which including government, agricultural enterprise, agricultural university, agricultural research institute, agricultural association and the farmer; Qingdao should establish six application management systems on the base of the Web of Qingdao's Agriculture and Economy; Qingdao should establish the investment, encouragement and innovation mechanism of agricultural informationization; Qingdao should cultivate large quantities of high quality agricultural informationization talented farmers.The author also draws some conclusions about Qingdao's agricultural informationization and puts forward a strategic aim that is Qingdao's agricultural informationization should act as a leader at home and follow the international practice in 2020.
