Studies On Role And Strategy Of Informationization In Modern Agricultural Development In Weifang

This paper is about the study of the role which informationization plays in modem agricultural development in Weifang and the countermeasures. Informationization is an important factor in advancing agricultural industrialization, therefore, whether informationization will succeed concerns the success or failure of modem agricultural development, and it is the key to realize the goal of well-off society in an all-round way in the countryside. But there are a lot of regularities need to be explored in the development of informationization, and especially in practices in agriculture field, there are a lot problems need to be solved. In view of this, this paper has analyzed the function of informationization and its influence on the modem agriculture of Weifang; has summarized the experience of agriculture informationization in developed country; has analyzed the current situation, the problems and the reasons, and put forward the guidelines how Weifang quickens the development of agriculture informationization and the key fields. And at last this paper puts forward the corresponding counter-measures and suggestions.This paper defines the basic concepts such as Informationization, agriculture Informationization, etc., analyzes the relation between agriculture Informationization and agricultural economic growth and establishes the theoretical foundation for follow-up study. The paper concludes that the agriculture Informationization in developed countries has the features of integration of the agricultural information technology, specialization of agricultural application software, networking, multimedia, etc. by analyzing the development of agriculture Informationizationin in developed countries. And this paper also concludes the remarkable enlightening experience of agriculture informationizationin development in developed countries: strengthen government's macro-controls; pay close attention to the establishment of agricultural database; choose suitable informationizationin mode; strengthen the basic construction of agriculture informationizationin; combine the scientific research , education and popularization; etc.The third part of this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the development and problems of agriculture Informationization in Weifang. In Weifang, though network platform has been established, there are problems such as low utilization rate of network information; low network effects; high use cost of agricultural information; poor service; etc. Based on this, this paper pointes out the reasons of the above problems such as lack of agriculture Informationization, information omission caused by management system, bad information standard and lack of information talents, etc.This paper thinks that it is the preconditions of promoting informationization development to improve people's consciousness; the emphasis of the basic construction of agriculture informationization is to strengthen government's macro—controls and set up the united basic information network; the key to explore and make use of agricultural information resources is to synthetically develop the agricultural information resources and launch international agricultural information resources exchanges and cooperation; if we want to advance agricultural information industrialization, we should increase investment, develop education and train professional talents, etc.
