The tomato processing of our country started in the early 1960s.In order to meet the export needs and support the development of tomato processing in coastal areas, Our country imported some foreign equipment to produce tomato sauce and export them to the Middle East and other markets. Xinjiang began to develop tomato cultivation and processing in 1978, and the products were exported to Japan market well. Xinjiang established the first line in 1980. Now the output has been come to more than 90 percent of our country. The products were export to Asia, Europe and America popular market. The tomato processing of our country that was represented by Xinjiang has entered the fast lane of development. Tomatoes and products have an important status in the global vegetable trade. Tomato production and trade developed rapidly.However, Because of the small domestic market, many tomato processing enterprise seizes the international market by the low price which creates the tomato exportation price continue lowly.The long-term low price competition causes the profit space of the enterprise to reduce, the management risk enlarge, and caused the profit to shift the overseas enterprise. The international competitiveness of our country enterprise become weaker. It affected sustainable development of tomato industry in our country and enlarged the main trade country to implement counter-dumping or the trade safeguard measure possibility.This article find the disparity between our country and the world main tomato producer country through analyzed tomato industry situation of our country, the problems of tomato industry ,tomato product international competitiveness and the influence factors;With the direction of international trade theories, trade economics, the paper comprehensively analyses the trade of Chinese tomatoes and products by using various methods such as comparison analysis. The study also follows the principle such as combining macro-analysis with micro-analysis, joining empirical study with canonical study, integrating quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. On the premise of collecting abundant data, the paper explains the inherent disciplinarian and trade character of China's tomatoes and products and analyses its inherent influencing factors. I wrote this article on the basis of learning previous research results.
