Research On Tianjin Information Infrastructure And Information Safety Assurance System

With the arrival of the age of knowledge economy, informationization is turning from a technological revolution to an industrial revolution, which is an inevitable trend of development of economy and society. Currently, informationization has become an important driving force to promote city development, which has brought information resource of city economic development and brought new vigor and vitality into cities. Information infrastructure is the basic of informationization development and is the neural network of a city. Information safety assurance system is the security of informationization development and is an important component part of city security. Information infrastructure and information safety assurance system take a significant role in city economic development.The dissertation takes the project"Information infrastructure and information safety assurance system of Tianjin"as the strut. By systematically analyzing the construction and development, development environment and development trend of Tianjin information infrastructure, the development thoughts of Tianjin information infrastructure were proposed. Analytic network process was applied to construct Tianjin information infrastructure evaluation indices system, in which the dependence and feedback among indices were considered to make the result exact and reasonable. By researching the status quo of information safety assurance system home and aboard, the progress and problems in Tianjin information safety assurance system, the development strategies of Tianjin information safety assurance system were proposed. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions on Tianjin information infrastructure and information safety assurance system were proposed based on the prior research. The countermeasures and suggestions can promote the service effect of Tianjin information infrastructure to development of economy and society and robust Tianjin information safety assurance system, promote economic growth, safeguard social stability and build a harmonious society.
