The Study Of Information System Performance Evaluation Based On IT BSC-ANP

With the rapid development and the widely popularity of information technology, the survival and competitive environment of enterprises has changed a lot,informatization construction became the best choice to gain competitive advantages.As the core of informatization,information system has been widely used in enterprises.However, the application of information system'success rates has been unsatisfactory, one of the important reasons for this phenomenon is lack of timely evaluation. So how to evaluate the performance of information systems, what evaluation methods are used to evaluate information systems has become the focus of attention and academic research.The article firstly introduces the significance of information system performance evaluation, summarizes the research highlight of scholars in the field of information systems evaluation; Then based on these studies,puts forward the model of information system performance evaluation based on IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) from the view of the application of information systems.The author focuses on introducing the process of confirm weight of performance evaluation index by using the software named SuperDecisions;Finally the article make an example, gather basic datas by questionnaires and test the reliability of the questionnaires with SPSS, and calculate the value of comprehensive evaluation,which prove the feasibility of the evaluation model.The model of information system performance evaluation based on IT BSC and ANP overcome the drawbacks of the indexs' imbalance of the traditional evaluation model, and the application of sofeware make the results could reflect the performance of information systems more scientific and accutate.This method present new way of information system performance evaluation and it is of significance for the research of information system performance evaluation.
