Group A is a leading retailer in Hebei Province.Under the traditional retail mode of channel,the capital advantage makes A Group,a state-owned enterprise,take the lead,and its scale of operation and profit growth is rapid,which partly conceals its management.The problems,including the lack of overall planning and process management of their markets,neglected the logistics management information.With the advent of the information age,the development of e-commerce and the new demands of customers for life services have made the global competition in the retail sector increasingly fierce.Domestic competition is domestication,and some well-known retail enterprises are difficult to survive and transform.Group A takes profit targets and adopts the strategic policy of "strong marketing and offensive management",but it is still difficult to change the situation of sales and profit growth slowdown,and felt the development crisis.To break through the management dilemma,solve the management problems and realize the enterprise development strategy of Group A,we must reduce the cost and open up the third profit source,scientifically evaluate and optimize the information system of the Group A logistics center,and establish the core competitive advantage of the enterprise.Firstly,the thesis expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the subject,sorts out the relevant theories and research status of enterprise management information system,and lays a foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,it analyzes the management information system of A Group logistics center.On the basis of the status quo,the analytic hierarchy process is used to objectively evaluate the group logistics management information system,pointing out the main problems and causes of the logistics center.Thirdly,based on the evaluation results,starting from the business process reengineering,the optimization plan of the logistics center management information system is proposed;Fourth,analyze the cost-effectiveness after optimization,and propose specific measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan.
