The transfer of rural surplus labor force is not only the important issue of China can achieve industrialization and modernization to face, but also one of the important ways of building a new socialist countryside and settling the"three rural"issue.The article on the transfer of rural surplus labor force to carry out theoretical research and empirical analysis, specifically, from the view of the new classical methods and structures methods, use the static and dynamic balanced analysis model of the modern economics, establish the theoretical model of the transfer of rural surplus labor, and apply econometric methods to do the corresponding empirical analysis.Thus, more systematicly study about the constraints factors on the rural surplus labor transfer, which to provide the basis for policy formulation.On the arrangements of sections,the papers are divided into five chapters: Chapter 1, introduced in this paper, under the premise of studying the background and significance of the topics, to indicate the defination of the concept; on the basis of summarizing the status quo of the studies at home and abroad, to introduce the study method of the articles and the structure of the content; in the article, give the innovation at the same time, pointing out shortcomings and the need to be further exploration of the issue; Chapter2 is about the related theoretical analysis of the article, that is, on the basis of the cost- income theory , developing the Todaro's cost-income theory, the Stigler's search proceeds theory, and the Lewis's dual economic theory; Chapter 3 is about the empirical analysis of the constraint factors on the transfer of rural surplus labor of; Chapter 4 ,on the basis of the theoretical and empirical analysis of the argument, construct the common pattern of absorbing rural surplus labor force and give some explanations, the pattern concentrates a variety of absorb channels about the transfer of rural surplus labor force; Chapter 5 is about the Suggestions which put forward to promote a smooth transfer of rural surplus labor force.Based on these studies, this innovation points are: (1) On the bases of drawing the research results of the expanded theory analysis, adding some new assumption conditions and variables;(2) Through the establishment of a number of multi-model, using the SPSS statistical software and principal component analysis, giving an empirical analysis transfer of rural surplus labor force constraints, and using the method of alternative variables to study some system and market-related constraints factors about the transfer of rural surplus labor, such as the urbanization, the household registration system, social information network, non-state-owned department employment rate and so on.
