ERP is not only a software ,but also an advanced managerial concept .According to files , the implementation of ERP of enterprises have great risks ,and have its special risk because of its characteristics .This paper focus on how growth-type pharmaceutical enterprises could control the risk of ERP ,combine the catholicity of risk control and the speciality of rowth-type pharmaceutical enterprises .The characteristics of growth-type pharmaceutical enterprises' s demand of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) are the same as other enterprises basically ;preferring short implemental period, taking effect quickly; preferring user-friend system ;needing a high service level of selling party;preferring a platform system :adepting to the characteristics of pharmaceutical profession .The reason of the risk in the implementation of ERP of growth-type pharmaceutical enterprises are the shortage of fund :the old management mode ;the informal data ;the lack of an unify plan in the construction ;the fusion with GMP and GSP ;the shortage of human resource .There is a regulation called "happy curve" in the implementation of ERP ,the apply of this regulation is helpful to the control of ERP implementation . Risk control includes evaluating the risk ,recognizing the rear and latent risk ; analyzing the risk ;supervising the risk .The theories of risk control include the stage control theories, the risk chain management theories , the all-directions risk management theories .The method of risk control includes PDCA method, Decision Tree, Monte Carlo, Mistake Tree . These method can be combined to control the risk . The strategy of the growth-type pharmaceutical enterprises in the control of risk of ERP implementation are the concern of the leader ;forming an excellent implementation group ; understanding the key demand ; chosing a proper opportunity to implement ERP ; understanding the reward of the investment ;be careful in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) ; realizing information share ,eliminating the isolated information island ; programming in whole and realizing step by step .
