On The Afterheat Resource Utilization Project Of Hebi Coal (Group) Company

Hebi coal industry (group) Co.Ltd is a large-scale enterprise which is based on the original Hebi Mining bureau established on 3rd, june, 1957. This company is one of the520 national key enterprises, the top 500 national industrial enterprises, the top 100 comprehensive strength enterprises in Henan and the top 10 local tax enterprises. The enterprise can produce a large amount of energy, but can consume lots of energy as well. Therefore, the company can stimulate the local economic development, at the same time, it can also bring a series of problems such as energy waste and environmental pollution. So, basing on the country form and the realistic situation of this enterprise, the author proposes the project on energy saving and consumption reduction and the afterheat comprehensive utilization.Through the investigation and study to the project on the afterheat comprehensive utilization, this thesis compares and analyzes the situations of energy consumption before and after the construction of afterheat utilization project and the economic, environmental and social effects the energy consumption will bring to. In economic aspect, during the process of the project construction, the standard coal can be saved for 30228.52 ton, the annual average income for energy saving is 32,680,000 Yuan, the annual average total cost expense is 9,350,000 Yuan and the annual average profit total amounts to 17,270,000 Yuan. So doing this can largely reduce the burden of enterprise. After the afterheat project is completed, it can reduce the SO2 emissions of the enterprise and eliminate the resource waste and environmental pollution in the mining area and the surroundings; it can effectively improve the quality of ecological environment. In social aspect, doing this project can add to the employment posts. Through the afterheat comprehensive utilization, the enterprise has formed the industry group taking the coal industry as the centre, and has created 2000 employment posts which can promote the local stability and bring along the region economic development. The completion of the gangue comprehensive utilization and the afterheat system not only solves the problem of the lasting development ,but also brings along the local economy to step onto the fast development.
