Coal enterprises'coal gangue, coal mine water and coal-bed methane emissions is China's largest industrial waste, with the scientific and technological development, many companies and countries carried out its comprehensive utilization, Achieved at the enterprise level and social level, as well as regional level, its economic, environmental and social benefits significantly.This paper based on the circular economy theories, principles and evaluation criteria, In the context of the development of Fuxin Mining Group's circular economy status and the collection of related data.On the assumption of technically feasible, using the reference method of function method and results'analysis, analysis of the Fuxin Mining Group's gangue, mine water and coal-bed methane resources, use the enterprise profitability analysis, breakeven analysis, the results with reference method, sensitivity analysis method for the analysis and evaluation of Fuxin Mining Group's coal gangue, coal mine water and coal bed methane utilization project's economic, environmental and social benefits.The article has great significance to the guidance and reference of the Fuxin Mining Group's the strategic development of circular economy, and coal gangue, coal mine water and coal-bed methane resource utilization efficiency and the economic efficiency of enterprises.
