Based on risk management theory and integrated with present condition of bio-diesel industry for Jatropha curcas in Panzhihua, key industrial risks have been identified and, index system for appraising industrial risk has been build in this paper. Then, level of whole industrial risk and priority for risks management in each hierarchy have been studied out through Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment and Priority Assessment for Risks Management. Lastly, relevant measures for risk management have been set down according to results of risk evaluation.The followings are the results of this paper:(1) 20 key indurial risks have been identified and index system of industrial risks for appraising have been constructed by synthesized identifying method;(2) Fuzzy subjection funciton and fuzzy matrix have been established and, results suggests that the grade of whole industrial risk is high;(3) Risks' value have been measured through survey and, priorities for risk management in each hiberarchy have been obtained. The result suggests that economical risk in and risk of fore-industrial structure of Jatropha curcas's cultivation are ranked as priority for management.
