From the perspective of Connectivism, this paper analyses the elements of learner's Learning Power in the digital age, then discusses the processes, principles and supporting tools of Cyber Social Network Management (CSNM), and constructs the relational model of the Learning Power, CSNM and Social Network Software(SNS), as well as argues the suppose of CSNM promoting the Learning Power, based on understanding the related notions of the Learning Power, CSNM and SNS.This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter-1 Introduction Based on analyzing the characteristics of the times and the development of the discipline, this chapter proposes relevant research questions, and describes the research significance and structure, as well as research methodology.Chapter-2 Literature Review According to researching problems, this chapter devotes to the literature analysis on the research status of the Learning Power and CSNM both at home and abroad.Chapter-3 Theoretical Basis Selecting of the Connectivism and Social Constructivism as the theoretical basis, this Chapter expounds separately the fundamental concepts and the Learning revelations of this 2 theories.Chapter-4 Theoretical Hypothesis:Promoting of Learner's Learning and CSNM From the perspective of Connectivism, this chapter analyses the basic concepts and consisting elements of the learner's Learning Power, then explores the connotation and processes of CSNM, and argues the possibility and necessity of CSNM, as well as expounds the idea, characters and categories of SNS, and constructs the relational model of Learning Power, CSNM and SNS at last.Chapter-5 The Research and Analysis of Learning Power and CSNM of Learner Taking Jiangxi Normal University as an empirical case, this chapter investigates the aspects of the learner's base situation, CSNM, Learning Power and the use of SNS by questionnaires and interviews , and analyses the results of investigation.Chapter-6 Research of CSNM's Means: Facing the Promoting of Learning power Based on the results of the investigation, this chapter discusses the approaches of CSNM, which can promote the Learning Power effectively, from the aspects of training consciousness, fostering harmonious, selecting node, optimizing the structure of Social Network, decision-making, constructing knowledge, communicating skills and use of SNS.
