In the current globalization and high-tech information age, the technology -intensive IT enterprises are knowledge-based enterprises based on innovation. Employees have the knowledge and skills of the high-end and high efficiency is the key factor to remain competition in the world. Maintaining a certain level of employee turnover for each enterprise are in the process of the normal operating situation, this can continue to bring in new blood for the enterprise and enhance their competitiveness, bring vitality to the enterprise. However, the large-scale or frequent separations not only give a negative impact on enterprises, but also impeded the career development of employees. Employees'turnover has become a widespread social problem. IT industry is currently one of the highest turnover rate industries of our country. High turnover rate so that managers are confused. This article uses a survey method and statistical analysis method, to explore the relationship between stress, contracts, satisfaction and turnover of employees in IT companies. This article reached the following conclusions:(1) At present, China's IT Enterprises have high turnover rates, high job stress, but the IT employee's psychological contract and job satisfaction is also relatively high.(2) Demographic variables such as gender, age, work experience, enterprises type and education will affect the job stress, psychological contract, job satisfaction and turnover of IT employees, also result in individual differences.(3) There are certain correlations between the job stress, psychological contract, job satisfaction and turnover. Job stress negative correlated with job satisfaction, positive correlated with turnover significantly. Psychological contract positive correlated with job satisfaction, negative correlated with turnover significantly. There is a significant negative correlation between the job satisfaction and turnover. Job satisfaction is the key intermediary variables to affect turnover, which will be affected by job stress and psychological contract.(4) According to the results of regression analysis, IT employee's job satisfaction has a certain prediction role on turnover.
