With the rise of Dalian service outsourcing industry and the continuous introduction and expansion of outsourcing enterprises,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,which is reflected in many aspects,such as talents,services,science and technology,management,etc.,but the core competition is still human competition.In addition to the traditional labor-intensive enterprises,service outsourcing enterprises have the characteristics of large demand for personnel,but also high demand for knowledge and technology.Employees generally have the characteristics of high education and youth.Compared with the brain drain of traditional enterprises,the brain drain of service outsourcing enterprises is more prominent.Dalian service outsourcing enterprises have become a major pain point in the industry due to their high employee mobility and turnover rate.Managers are tired of dealing with two problems,one is the high turnover rate,the other is the lagging work efficiency caused by frequent turnover.From the perspective of psychological contract theory,this paper studies and analyzes the job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees in Dalian service outsourcing enterprises,hoping to put forward effective management suggestions.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant literature of psychological contract,job satisfaction and turnover intention,and puts forward research hypotheses;combined with the characteristics of employees in Dalian service outsourcing enterprise,this paper designs a questionnaire;then,the effective questionnaire collected is analyzed by SPSS software to verify the hypotheses,explore the relationship between psychological contract and turnover intention,and the Intermediation of job satisfaction.According to the analysis results,we get the following conclusions: first,some individual characteristics have differences in the dimensions of psychological contract,job satisfaction and turnover intention;second,the dimensions of psychological contract of employees in Dalian service outsourcing enterprises have positive correlation with job satisfaction,negative correlation with turnover intention,and negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention Third,job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between psychological contract and turnover intention.Finally,according to the conclusion,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the staff management of Dalian service outsourcing enterprise.
