The Study On Evaluation Of Integrated Land Use Efficiency And Land Optimization In Lanzhou City

Land resources are the material basis on which human survive and develop. It has the irreplaceable function regarding the social economy movement. Simultaneously, the rational use of land resources has a direct bearing on the rise and fall of a region's development. Lanzhou City land-use space is expanding rapidly, with apparent low efficiency and gradually changing characteristics from extensive to intensive. Based on the establishment of Land Use Efficiency to explore best land optimization model is very important to realize Lanzhou's sustainable development.Basing on the rapid development of the socio-economic background as well as the increasingly conspicuous in the environment, this paper chooses the city of Lanzhou as the object of study. First of all, through carrying on the analysis to the Lanzhou 1 land-use structure and spatial structure, discovers characteristic which the question that land-use exists. Next, select the economic, social and eco-efficiency indicators to build the evaluation index system, and evaluate of land-use efficiency of the system of co-ordination. Then, in the light of actual circumstances, through the use of linear programming methodology , give the results of Lanzhou land-use Optimizing the structure and make optimal allocation of land space optimization mode; Finally discuses the measure which the land-us structure optimization result realizes.The results show that:(1) The city of Lanzhou is significant differences. In the number of land-use structure, the proportion of grassland and arable land are larger. Land-use type of diversity index is higher in Chengguan district, Qilihe district and Anning district, Yongdeng County, and Gaolan County are the region of low diversity. In the spatial structure of land use, spatial centralism degree is high in park, residential and industrial land and waters. In the spatial differentiation, the Anning district's field, the Qili River area's forest land, Chengguan District's residential area and the industry and mining land's spatial centralism degree is highest.(2) Integrated land-use efficiency of the Lanzhou City is low of the overall level, do not reach the average level and is significant differences in space. Chengguan District's economy and the social efficiency are biggest; the Xigu area's ecological benefit is smallest. Using cooperates the scheduling model to carry on the analysis to the land-use benefit coordination, obtains the conclusion that suburban counties the coordination to be bad, urban district coordinated degree high. (3) The land-use structure optimization disposition result showed: The farming, farmland, garden, woodland, residential and industrial land use, land transport and the waters area increases, pasture and unused land area reduced substantially. Optimization of space, the city of Lanzhou land-use optimizing model summarized as follows: intensive use of land optimization model, focusing on the development of land-use patterns, the development of appropriate land-use patterns and the prohibition of the development of four types of land-use patterns.
