In today's fast-moving economy,people are more aware of the benefits brought about by the ecological environment while developing the economy.The emergence of the term “low-carbon” has attracted the research and discussion of many scholars at home and abroad,and has affected many people in climate warming.Among the factors,the amount of carbon emissions has a certain important position.However,the change in land use type affects the change of carbon emissions.It can change the land use type and adjust the trend of land use to reduce carbon emissions,thus achieving the common development of economy and ecology.This article takes Cangzhou City as an example,based on the previous studies,based on the analysis of the relevant concepts of land use carbon emissions and the relevant theories of low carbon economy,sustainable development,ecological environment,land use structure optimization,etc.In 2013 and 2017,remote sensing image data,through the use of ENVI software and ARCGIS software to process classified images,resulted in three years of changes in land use area and structural changes in land use types.Then,through the statistical yearbook and other data,we can get the main energy consumption and carbon emission coefficient,and calculate the carbon emissions to each type of land use.The carbon emissions are divided into direct carbon emissions and indirect carbon emissions.Statistical comparison of carbon emissions,analysis of the relationship between changes in land use structure and changes in carbon emissions,as well as carbon emissions trends during these eight years.Finally,according to the Markov model,a prediction model for the change trend of land use type area is established.The 2017 simulation value is calculated and compared with the actual value of 2017,and the error is calculated to test the accuracy of the prediction model,and then predicted to be 2020.The land use area and the land use carbon emissions in 2020 and analyze the trends.The optimization of land use structure is realized by constructing a gray linear model.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the changes in land use area in 2009,2013 and 2017 and the conversion of land use types,it is concluded that forest land is the main land use type in Cangzhou City,accounting for the vast majority of the total land area.The overall trend of change is the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the change isrelatively stable.The first four years are mainly cultivated land,construction land,and the conversion of grassland to forest land is the main part.The last four years are mainly cultivated land,and the conversion of unused land to forest land accounts for The main part;the change trend of cultivated land area is decreasing year by year,mainly shifting to land use type,forest land and garden land type;the area of construction land and garden land is increasing year by year and the change range is large,mainly from the conversion of unused land,cultivated land and forest land.The changes in grassland and waters are relatively stable,and the changes in the number of years of separation are better;the unused land is mainly converted into construction land and forest land during the eight years.(2)Using the Markov model to predict the change of land use area,the predicted area of land use type in 2020 is obtained,and it is analyzed that only the area of construction land and garden area is increasing,and the area of other types of land is decreasing.The area change of construction land is the most obvious,with an increase of 82.99km2,followed by forest land,which is reduced by 54.69km2.The other types of land use also have different degrees of increase and decrease;the predicted carbon emissions in 2020 are 19,420,050 tons,showing an increasing trend.(3)Using the grey linear programming model to obtain the optimization plan of land use structure in Ganzhou City,the area of optimized forest land,garden land,grassland and cultivated land showed an increasing trend,and the construction land and unused land showed a decreasing trend,and the water area was highly protected.,basically unchanged.The carbon emissions from the optimization of land use structure have decreased by 92,361 tons compared with the 2020 forecast.Based on the above analysis,relevant conclusions and suggestions can be obtained: in recent years,the land use carbon emissions in Ganzhou City have increased year by year,mainly due to the large occupation of carbon sink land area and energy consumption by construction land.Therefore,relevant departments should timely adjust the land use structure and improve carbon sink capacity,and should upgrade the industrial structure,improve energy efficiency,and promote the use of new energy.At the same time,we should also strengthen the low-carbon concept propaganda and advocate a low-carbon lifestyle.Only by making people's minds fundamentally change can we achieve a low-carbon city in the true sense.
