Quality Development Trends Of High-Grade Residence Districts In Wenzhou

During the years from 2006 to 2008, China real estate changed dramatically and was significantly influenced by the macro-adjustment and control policy and global financial crisis.Where will China real estate go in 2009?With the perfection of various policies in finance, land and censorship, the threshold of real estate has increasingly been elevated, products and consumers have matured, and the competition among real estate companies has become more severely. Developers should develop residence districts of higher quality and more appropriate for different clients, instead of merely high-grade villas and office building. To adapt to different market requirements, developers should adjust residence products to achieve the objective of systematization and refinement. On the other hand, the development model should go forward along the direction of refinement and structurization. Quality and refinement is one of the development trends of real estate in the future.In this thesis, the current state of the real estate development, the effect of the global financial crisis on the real estate, and the main issues of the existing real estate market in Wenzhou are summarized in detail. The quality development, historical absence, requirements and basic characteristics of the real estate development in Wenzhou are discussed. By taking Wencheng and Yongjia as examples, the area cultures and consumption concept of the real estate in Wenzhou and their relationships with the quality development are analyzed. The market characteristics, demands, and quality extension of the real estate in Wenzhou are discussed. From different perspectives, the quality development, detailed points for advancing quality, and management flow of real estate are analyzed. From discussions above, some valuable conclusions are drawn, which provide a theoretical reference for the real estate development in the future.
