Risk Of Enterprise Training Programs And Its Management

With the development of national economy, the social status of education and training business has undergone great changes. High rate of return attracts more agencies to enter training industry. Recently, more and more agencies focus on management training, and the competition forces those agencies pay more attention to the service. The organizations without their own characteristics will be kicked out of the market by fierce competition.Nowadays, there are some problems in training industry. On the one hand, the nonstandard training market leads to disordered situation in enterprises' competition. On the other hand, the internal management of enterprises is thrown into confusion, and there is lack of criterions in training projects. As is stated above, what should do to minimize risks in training? It is known that training & consultation companies which want to survive and develop must face many inevitable bad factors, and meanwhile they may add operation risks in training projects . Aiming at the possible factors that may block the way to successful training, for an example of enterprise training in RuiAn, this paper strategically raise the practical methods to predict the potential risks and solve other problems caused during project operation. Thereby we can reduce risks during project management and enhance competitive capability of enterprises in the market.This paper analyze operating procedure, work breakdown structure, original information for identifying the risks and inherent risks of training projects (including open courses and inter-training of enterprises) and get a conclusion in my dissertation; and also identify the risks by analyzing its structure and investigating training needs. Finally, the risk management in practical development and application is discussed by analyzing training projects of advanced professional manager seminar in RuiAn.
