Training is a important kind of human capital investment in the enterprise, similarly also is one of the major methods to carry on human capital development, but the training risk will not merely influence on the investment repayment rate, because the long-term and more stern reality the enterprise faced up will be the fact that the human resources with high quality is deficient and dries up, but on the enterprise's survival and development in the future. Therefore, Training risk management in the enterprise also have special and important function.Based on the understanding and the pondering of training in the enterprise, and unified the theory of risk management and training, this paper is on the study of the following points, that is :firstly, through analyzing the categories, factors as well as harms, distinguishing the training risk; Secondly, carrying on the comparison and the overall evaluation of training risk by the means of utilizing AHP and Fuzzy Appraisal Method in the risk management; Finally, on the base of the above of distinguishing and evaluating training risk, proposing the anticipation and afterwards strategies of managing the risk, then constituting the integrity training risk management system.With the aid of to the very training risk management system, the enterprise can not only manage the training risk effectively, enhance training validity, but more importantly obtain the persist power of the long-time competition and the development.
