Research On The Problem And The Countermeasure Of Control And Management Of Commercial Bribery

Market economy is competition economy in which the enterprises compete fairly to survive and develop. It forces them to exert enthusiasm and positive action to innovate technology and enhance the quality of their products so as to increase competition strength in the market. Otherwise,commercial bribery, including unjust measures, defeats their opponent not by enhance their own strength. This kind of behavior directly destroys the operation of competition mechanism and endanger. the whole development of economy. Dealing with commercial bribery is a key task that the sixth session of central discipline committee disposes.This paper analyses the status, cause and danger of commercial bribery, and discusses the substance and general rule of the commercial bribery issue. Combined with domestic and foreign practice of dealing with commercial bribery, this paper summarizes and concludes the experience of dealing with commercial bribery, and points out the illumination to our task of dealing with commercial bribery. Combined with the fact of current work of dealing with commercial bribery in Yiyang, Hunan province, it uses the power rent-find theory, criminal economy, in and out theory to explain all kinds of problem and cause of dealing with commercial bribery. This paper brings forward relevant countermeasure against these problems with fieldwork in the city of Yiyang.
