| Hydropower construction project is characterized with large construction scale, long construction period, complex construction technologies, and plenty construction links and constraints. Emerged and developed along with the emergence and development of mass industrial production, equipment management has now become an important part of modern project management, in particular having far-reaching significance on hydropower construction project which usually requires a great involvement of equipment with high value. As a core component of project, operation management equipment management aims to fulfill project production and operation objectives and achieve best economic and social benefits by presenting satisfactory equipment efficiency and investment effect.By systematically analyzing researches on equipment maintenance management at home and abroad, taking into account the unique features of hydropower construction project, and employing the existing theories and methods on equipment maintenance management, this thesis discusses in depth equipment maintenance management for hydropower construction project, and applies the AHP approach to study equipment maintenance management model, with a view to finding out a practical and effective management model that is suitable for maintenance management of construction equipment for hydropower project in China so as to improve project management level and efficiency. Moreover, this article presents an objective and scientific analysis on equipment renewal and upgrading for hydropower construction project by applying system analysis and economic analysis approaches.Finally, this thesis makes an empirical study of Guazhi Hydropower Project as a specific case, analyzes the lessons drawn by the author with his personal experience in equipment management for some hydropower construction projects, and presents some ideas on full management and classified management. |
