Research On The Agricultural Spatial Layout Based On The "Hydroelectric Exploration Of Three Rivers Valley" In Liangshan State

Agriculture is as a basis of the national economy. And the developing level is of importance to the developing of national economy and the general progress of the society. China is a large agricultural country and of which the Sichuan province is a large agricultural province. The Liangshan State whose characteristic ecological agriculture is playing an important role is as a significant agricultural region in Sichuan. But the "hydroelectric exploration of the three rivers valley" provides some changes with the agricultural developing condition in Liangshan that challenges the state's agricultural developing. It's the content on this paper that how to adjust the agricultural layout to make it adapted.The developing of the hydroelectric industry will be one of important part of Liangshan's industry develop in a long time. The paper is researched on the Liangshan State's agricultural layout based on the "three rivers" valley. After the introduction of summary of the industrial theory and agricultural theory, the paper introduces the geographic resource in Liangshan State and puts emphasis on the traditional agricultural situation and layout in quantization and empirical model. The model is based on the statistic data in 2005 and it uses SPSS software to get a factor analysis on the conditional agricultural structure to get 17 counties in Liangshan to evaluate the state's agricultural developing and layout situation. The following analyses the agricultural condition and developing in Liangshan State based on the "three rivers" valley and expounds the probable changes on the agriculture layout and foresees the stretch of the agricultural industrial chain. The last of this paper is proposed some policies and measures such as strengthening fundamental facilities, reinforcing the government supporting measures, improving the fiscal policies and so on based on the agricultural problem and the agricultural develop in the future to improve the Liangshan State's layout.
