Study On Management Of Construction Project Based On Fuzzy Environment

In the course of construction of projects, time limit is one of the three important objectives on the project management. Implementation of the construction scheduling of the project not only has the direct impact on the delivered on time in terms of the contract period, but also on the comprehensive economic objectives of the entire construction project investment activities. The construction project usually faces new environment during its periods, which has great impacts on the goal of construction scheduling manager needs to estimate. Based on the research forward, this paper introduced the fuzzy theory into the network planning, in order to review a general research on the process of projects, which has a realistic significance, the achievements achieved are presented as follows:1,By introduced the related background of CPM and PERT briefly, we analysis the shortcomings of traditional methods, and the advantage of fuzzy net plans.2,This paper used fuzzy linear programming formulation and the fuzzy model to copulate duration time. Besides, the paper adopts yager ranking index and multiple objectives linear programming to transit the fuzzy number to the crisp number, then gets the critical path and total time of construction scheduling. Furthermore, we got the criticality of every path from net cartoon, which can help the manager to make decision. Also, this paper gave the possibility to the management of projects. according to an actual construction.3,According to the project construction period estimated by the project manager, the paper used fuzzy math in the concept ofλcut-off value, calculating level of risk and emergency time; we optimized costs based on that the relationship of direct and indirect costs of the project is linear, we got the post-drawn lines as well as the key to the overall project, finally the paper carried out a example, and gave the corresponding countermeasures suggestions to the factors of construction process.In this paper, the results of research have a reference to the construction progress of the project management and its related owner.
