This is a preview study on the trend of recycling paper trade between China and International market. From 2008 China had replaced the U.S.A. and became the biggest paper producer, however, most of its raw material, recycling paper, was imported, due to the underdevelopment of the recycling material collection in the country. In order to cope with the need of the fast-growing paper industry, a lot of transactions involved in the trading and importing of recycling paper, and therefore came up with a new business—recycling paper trading.The trend of recycling paper trade is decided by the development of paper industry, since recycling paper trade is exist because of the industry. Paper industry is an elementary and important industry in the national economy, and influenced deeply by the administration's policies, legislation and economy background of the country. The thesis focuses on the study of the policies and economy background for the industry, the problems it is facing currently and the potential solutions. Base on the studies of these subjects the thesis draw a conclusion about the demand trend of the recycling paper, as well as the market trend of recycling paper trade.And because of the significant influences that the country's policies and economy towards the paper industry, the thesis also tried to study the development strategy of the country, conclusion is: with the exhausting resource and declining environment, recycling economy has no way but become a global economy development strategy, so does to China, a country with the greatest population and biggest potential market in the world. Resource regeneration is the core of recycling economy, recycling paper is a major type of regenerated resources, the development of its domestic collection will bring a great impact to the recycling paper market and recycling paper trade. The point of the thesis is the market will not change very quickly and recycling paper trade will still be a prosperous business for a certain long time, if without the consideration of the financial turmoil and the global recession started from 2008, which make the future of paper industry and recycling paper market more invisible under the circumstances of economic globalization. The thesis uses some micro data of the industry and strategy management analysis, at last draw the final conclusion: recycling paper importing in China will become a sunset business in the near future.
