| Under the macro background of China’s total ban on the import of solid waste,including waste paper,the paper industry will rely more and more on domestic waste paper,and the domestic waste paper market will be faced with opportunities and challenges.As a waste paper recycling enterprise,the increase of the amount of waste paper recycling is conducive to the profitability of the enterprise,and the increase of the amount of waste paper recycling has ten major role in the development of waste paper utilization industry.Through the research on the present situation of recycling of J company in Guiyang,combined with the company ’ s Development Strategy,this paper studies the layout of recycling outlets,aiming at increasing the quantity of waste paper recycling,improving the competitiveness and popularity of the company,contribute social strength for saving resources and building circular economy system.This paper first analyzes the development status of waste paper recycling at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theoretical basis,analyzes the classical model of competitive site selection,and introduces the solution algorithm of competitive site selection model;Then introduces the development situation of J company,at the same time introduces the J company general situation of the target area of guiyang city area distribution network and the present situation of waste paper recycling,the J company now waste paper recycling network current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward the ideas of the construction site layout,and feasibility analysis,make sure the feasibility of J company paper recycling network layout;Then the principles and objectives of the paper recycling network layout of J company are analyzed,and the influencing factors are determined.and determines that J company’s network layout will enter the huaguoyuan building in Nanming District and the future Ark Building in Yunyan District;Finally,a competitive site selection model is established with the goal of profit maximization,and the layout of waste paper recycling outlets of J company is obtained by using LINGO software,and the site selection is evaluated.The network layout of company J plays a very important role in realizing the development goals of the company.The research and development of the practical application of competitive site selection theory in this paper has filled the vacancy of the existing research on the layout of waste paper recycling network.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance,provides ideas for the construction of industry recycling network,and plays a guiding role in the site selection practice of relevant enterprises. |
