Under the situation of economic globalization and the world financial crisis, it has great significance to our listed joint-stock commercial banks about how to exert enthusiasm of the advanced executives and staff in the greatest extent, and set up the scientific, rational and efficient compensation incentives mechanism in joint-stock commercial banks. Since the compensation incentives mechanism is an important component of the governance structure in commercial banks, it's also an important component of the mechanism for a reasonable amount of wages that can not only effectively stimulate employee's enthusiasm, initiative and efforts to promote the development of the bank and improve the bank efficiency, but also attract and retain a high-quality, competitive workforce in the new financial forms.This paper is mainly about the compensation incentives mechanism in joint-stock commercial banks. With the effort of collecting statistical yearbooks, annual reports of listed joint-stock commercial banks, it first analyzes qualitatively the salary state in listed joint-stock banks and then by establishing the compensation model in advanced executive and the staff, it separately research is the compensation incentives effect of the advanced management and staff, and again through the establishment of a model based on the principal-agent relationship between the long-term game, analyze the impact on the operators behavior by different economic incentive program. And work out a comprehensive analysis about the incentive mechanism in joint-stock commercial banks quantitatively and theoretically, comes to the reasonable aspects and the shortcoming of the compensation incentives mechanism in the joint-stock commercial banks and also provides a basis for it.The whole text can be divided into seven sections, the first section is mainly about the research background, the previous relevant studies and significance of researching this article, the purpose and methods. The second part introduces the concept of remuneration and the relevant theory of it, including enterprise contract theory and incentive theory, followed by the main forms and specificity of incentives in commercial banks. The third part is the analysis of the compensation incentives mechanism in joint-stock commercial banks. It analyze the disadvantage of the incentive mechanism and the gap between the banks at home and abroad through the data table, data map. The fourth part is an empirical study of the compensation incentives mechanism in our joint-stock commercial banks, through the collection and collation of the data, the relevant variables, the model settings, working out a multiple regression to the incentive effects of the joint-stock commercial banks. Part V is mainly about the discussion of the Incentive and restraint mechanisms based on the principal-agent theory. Through the establishment of a state based on the principal-agent relationship between the long-term game model, it analyzes the different economic incentives in our joint-stock commercial banks in the role of governance mechanisms and the behavior of operators. The sixth part puts forward a sound method to perfect the compensation incentives mechanism in the joint-stock commercial banks. The final part of the text is a conclusion of the whole study.
