Managers make pay system must be able to reflect the changing nature of work and the working environment,so as to give full play to the role of pay incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.Comprehensive remuneration incentive mechanism is modern joint-stock commercial banks conducting corporate governance a major management decisions,it is also to improve the efficiency and performance of banking operations is an effective means.With the establishment of market economy and development,China's commercial banks to establish and develop gradually.Formation of a large commercial bank branch system,the two institutions is all over the country.However,people in discussing how to pay incentive commercial banks when the attention is focused on executive compensation incentives,and rarely pay attention to two bodies incentive problems.Therefore,the paper selected two joint stock commercial banks sector pay incentive strategy as an object has practical significance.Text is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction.This paper describes the background,meaning,for domestic and international research literature review is made on the contents of this study,methods and innovations.The second part,the remuneration incentive theory overview.Introduces the basic concepts of remuneration,composition,function,incentive compensation related theories,such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Adams equity Theory and strengthening theory.The third part,incentive compensation strategies difference analysis.Banking and other industries for incentive compensation strategies,joint-stock commercial banks an incentive agency and two sector pay policy,joint-stock commercial banks and state-owned banks two institutions pay incentive policy differences analyzed.The fourth part,China Citic bank X secondary branches incentive pays status and existing problems.Describes the status of the two institutions,revealing its problems and its in-depth analysis.The fifth part,improve China Citic bank X secondary branches incentive compensation strategy.Clear two sub-sector pay incentive target(an agency is the total target),the development of two specific principles sector pay incentives(an institution for the general principles),to establish a performance-based salary,basic salary and welfare,supplemented the pay incentives,compensation design must consider the market competitive factors and performance factors to adjust the salary structure,focusing on long-term incentives,improve the two institutions consolidated results of the evaluation mechanism,improve the transparency of information two sector pay,enhance employee supervision.
