Since 2005, A series of decision and deployment were established to solve the problems in real-estate market and promote the development of real-estate market, the tendency of investment growth in real-estate market and increase of property price got inhibittedAlthough the Macro-control of real-estate market gets preliminary results, a number of issues have not been fundamentally resolved and some new situations and problems are occorred.This thesis establish a framework of house development under market economy and make a clear definition and category of ordinary condominium, put forward the idea of research of planning management about ordinary housing in Chongqing.The study has value guide in implementation of the national real estate control policy, effectively improve the structure of the proportion of housing in our city, to strengthen planning and management guidelines, achievement the aim of house construction guidied by master plan of Chonqing .
