Study On Contrastive Evaluation Of CSI Housing System And Ordinary Housing System

Along with the rapid economic development, China’s urban housing construction has made great progress regardless of the quantity and quality. But the contradiction between housing supply and demand has become obstruction of the development of housing industry, and also the contradiction between the great energy consumption of housing industry and the development of low-carbon economy. The housing industrialization is an effective way to resolve the current contradictions and CSI housing system is the important links and carrier of housing industrialization. CSI housing system is the housing system made by the methods of the separation of the skeleton and the infill. CSI housing system has overcame the shortcomings of the ordinary housing system such as short life, great energy consumption and common quality defects. It can meet the housing needs of different income levels of users. The development of CSI housing system makes the residential buildings towards the development of comfortable, intelligent, industrialization. This is in line with the requirements of sustainable development and the dominant direction of the housing industry. However housing industrialization in China is still a new thing. Research and development of the housing industry are still in the exploratory stage. The public in a wait stage for CSI housing system, that is because the advantages of CSI housing system compared with the average residential have not yet been recognized and accepted by the public.In order to promote the development of and promote the process of housing industrialization, this article had established the comparative evaluation index system model and the optimization model of CSI housing system and ordinary housing system through comparative analysis. This research combine the analytic hierarchy process with value engineering from eight points such as Security, Economy and so on according to the basic theory of systems engineering, sustainable development theory, engineering economics. The study results contribute to better public understanding of housing industrialization and CSI housing system. It can provide a theoretical basis for the government to develop industry support policies and provide theoretical support for real estate companies to select the beneficial scheme and home buyers to purchase domestic. This study has some theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of CSI housing system.
