The Study Of The Influence Of Different Control System To The Alliance Risks

Alliance springs up accompanied by a high failure rate. People aware that there are risks in alliances. People pay more attention to the alliance risk management. A number of risks control system have been formatted in the management process. Practice has proved that the impact of control system to reduce alliance risks is significant.In previous studies, scholars have studied the impact of control system on the alliance risks, but have not summarized the existing alliance risks control systems, and previous studies also lack empirical analysis.This paper holds that the key of alliance risks management is to establish incentive mechanism and restriction mechanism. According to the logic, this article uses the empirical method, from consumer's angle to research the influence of different control systems to alliance risks. This article which firstly embarks from the related theory of control system and alliance risks, theoretically affirms the function of control system to the alliance risks. Then, through the issuance of the questionnaire, an analysis of the data revealed that common means of risk control can be divided into belief systems, border systems, diagnostic control systems, interactive control system, the alliance risk can be divided into the relationship risk and performance risk. At the same time, also found that different control systems related differently to different risks, we can understand the different control systems contribute differently on reducing the alliance risk.These discoveries, on the one hand, let us understand influence action mechanism of the control system to the alliance risks, realizes the construction importance of control systems, on the other hand, when control system was constructed, how we should pay attention to assign our resources, and cause the resources realization most greatly possible display. As a result of my own ability and the research condition limit, this article will have many research insufficiency and the limitation. I hope that future research may further consummation and the development in this foundation.
