| Tunneling construction in China has made great achievements. But the safety risk management of tunneling projects in construction stage is still in the beginning. In recent years accidents in the tunneling construction stage occur from time to time. Therefore, the study of risk management and the establishment of operational risk management system for tunneling projects are of great significance. The purpose of this research is to establish reasonable and effective safety risk management method for tunneling engineering.Based on the summary of papers about risk management, and on the Shanghai Railway Bureau topic, which named Study of Risk Management of Passenger Dedicated Line Tunneling Engineering, questionnaire survey is selected to identify safety risk factors. And sixty three important risk factors are identified. Based on the servey results, risk assessment indexs and risk matrix assessment model are established. The risk level is divided into four grades. Consulting SS-Gate Risk Management Methord, this thesis establishes Risk Gate Management Method. And Phoenix Mountain tunneling project is choosed as a case to verify the risk assessment model. Finally, a computer-aided risk assessment program is developed. This program has the function of remote experts'assessment.Based on risk survey, verifyed by the Phoenix Mountain case, the results show that the risk matrix assessment model and the risk gate management method are reasonable and feasible. Computer-aided risk assessment is a new model for risk management. This paper's research results has reference meaning for the risk management of tunneling projects in construction stage. |
